Trademark Acknowledgment Guidelines

Aquicore has standard terminology to refer to our products and offerings.  Following these guidelines will ensure that you receive the full benefit of our brand as an Aquicore Solution Provider.  When referencing Aquicore, Aquicore products, or Aquicore technology in communications, documents, marketing media, and electronic message please follow the following guidelines.

Aquicore Platform

The following are ACCEPTABLE terms for referencing the Aquicore Platform:

• The Aquicore platform
• Aquicore’s platform
• Aquicore energy platform
• Aquicore energy management platform

The following are UNACCEPTABLE terms for referencing the Aquicore Platform:

• Aquicore Dashboard
• AQ-Dashboard
• AQ-Software

The following are acceptable terms for third parties to use when referencing the Aquicore platform or software, by image, video, or text, in all marketing and communication materials*:

• [Your company offering] using the Aquicore platform
• [Your company offering] using the Aquicore energy platform
• [Your company offering] using the Aquicore energy management platform

*Please always refer to your partnership agreement as the terms may vary.

Aquicore Products:

Aquicore currently offers 3 products as part of the Aquicore platform. Aquicore individual products must be referenced as follows:

• Aquicore Optimization (If you wish to use an icon to represent this product, please refer to the brand guidelines)
• Aquicore Tenant Billing (If you wish to use an icon to represent this product, please refer to the brand guidelines)
• Aquicore Budget (If you wish to use an icon to represent this product, please refer to the brand guidelines)

If you choose to reference our products individually, please use the entire product name.

The following are UNACCEPTABLE terms for referencing or describing Aquicore products:

• AQ-Optimization
• AQ-Tenant Billing
• AQ-Tenant Bill Back
• AQ-Operations
• AQ-Corporations
• [Your company name] optimization platform
• [Your company name] tenant billing platform

If you use a screenshot of any of Aquicore products, you must make sure Aquicore’s Logo appears on the screenshot.

When referencing metering technologies used by Aquicore, you may use the following terminology:

• Wireless meters
• Cloud-based meters
• Web-enabled meters
• Wireless mesh network
